Vegan Macro Friendly TIRAMISU Recipe

What are you dreaming about eating on a prep? What's your favorite dessert? I am always craving something creamy and sweet with coffee on the side.

So this easy NO added SUGAR vegan Tiramisu has only 3 ingredients definitely satisfied your feelings!
You'll need only:
✅ whole fat coconut cream
✅ stevia powder (you can use any sweetness if you want)
✅ vegan cookies (possible no wheat one for gluten-free option)
✅ xanthan gum

And cold coffee + cinnamon ✔️


  1. Put full-fat coconut cream in the freezer for about 10 min in order to separate cream from the water part in the can.
  2. While the cream is chilling get ready cold coffee with cinnamon and stevia or any other granulated sweetener if you choose) on a side
  3. Take coconut cream out from a can and mix with stevia powder using a folk or food processor.
  4. While bleeding your cream slowly add half of teaspoon xanthan gum. Mix until it smooth.
  1. Take a big flat pan.
  2. Grab one cookie, deep in the coffee and then place in the pan. Make a full plate then top it with already made coconut cream. Keep doing the same thing for at least 3 layers.
  3. When the last layer with cream on a top is added top with some cinnamon or cocoa powder (you can use any topping you want).
  4. Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight and enjoy your cream delicious healthy dessert!
