Make-ahead freezer-friendly smoothies that are healthy, nutritious and so refreshing for your mornings!
Super simple ingredients you need:
1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (any berries)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup dod dairy milk (I prefer soy)
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
1. Combine spinach, blueberries, raspberries, banana, milk, oats, dates, and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth. 2. Serve immediately. 3. Enjoy!
