1. Schedule your First Free Assessments Online Call (goes on Skype or Facetime) and feel out Questionnaire Form.
2. Meet with me for an assessment online where I can find out your personal history, goal, and desires.
3. Ill created the plan that suits you.
4. You'll get an online guide on how to make your body check-ins: photos/measurements and weight every week.
5. You will receive your complete plan prior to your chosen start date.
6. You'll start to change your lifestyle and have my personal support as well as my fitness team 24 hours during your program.
