Mango Avocado Sushi Rolls Recipe

Sushi CAN BE VEGAN and SUSHI CAN BE HEALTHY!
If you have a small home party it's definitely
a great recipe to make!
Super simple ingredients you need:
  • seitan (airdried) ⠀
  • sushi nori⠀
  • brown rice (you can use white, already cooked, and cold)⠀
  • fresh mango⠀
  • avocado⠀
  • vegan cream cheese ⠀
  • cucumber⠀
  • greens and nuts for decoration⠀
  • a little bit of love
A couple of secrets to make your rolls look nice:
✅ wet hands before you take rice;
✅ wet and cold knife to cut sushi;
✅ roll sushi nori really tight but do not squeeze.⠀
Prep time in about 20 min if you already have everything cut and ready to go. But it's maybe even shorter if you make only one serving – 5 rolls.⠀

Macro friendly and has about 20 grams of protein in one serving if you use vegan seitan. You can buy it in the store or cook you with my recipe.
