BERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Make-ahead freezer-friendly smoothies that are healthy, nutritious and so refreshing for your mornings!
  • Super simple ingredients you need:
    • 1 cup spinach leaves
    • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (any berries)
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 1/2 cup dod dairy milk (I prefer soy)
    • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
    • 2 dates
  • Directions:
    1. Combine spinach, blueberries, raspberries, banana, milk, oats, dates, and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.
    2. Serve immediately.
    3. Enjoy!
